Refunds & Cancellation

Cancel any time, from your dashboard

Sign in, open your dashboard, and use the billing button. That opens the payment provider's billing page, where you can cancel your subscription or update your card. It takes about a minute.

We do not use cancellation phone calls, retention offers or forms designed to slow you down. Cancel and it is done.

Your 3-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and a card is required to start it so your plan can continue without interruption if you decide to stay.

Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Nothing is owed, and there is nothing to argue about.

If you do not cancel, your plan continues at Starter ($29/month) or Pro ($59/month) when the trial ends, and we email you before that happens so it is never a surprise.

After a payment has gone through

• Cancelling stops all future charges.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel.
• Your data is kept, so if you come back later your history is still there.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, or a fault on our side caused a charge you did not want, email us and we will refund it in full. That includes being charged for a plan you had already cancelled.

Outside of those cases we look at refunds case by case rather than by a rigid rule. Email us with what happened and a person will make the call — not an automated form.

Switching between Starter and Pro

Switching plans is not a new subscription. Our payment provider prorates the difference, so you pay for the rest of the current month at the new rate rather than being charged twice.

If you are unsure which plan fits, start on Starter and move up when your crew needs their own logins.
